Covering Zephyrhills, Dade city, Land O Lakes and East Pasco County only.
Wellness checks are for everyone Elderly, Disabled, children.
A wellness check consists of an in-home medical assessment that will be completed on everyone. Your home safety and quality of life are the utmost importance. We will visit you daily of your choice and times and complete a wellness check. I will keep a daily log on our visits and follow up with a email after each visits to you or a family member.
